Ex Nihilo Omnia takes its title from the Latin phrase meaning "Out of nothing, everything". An idea rooted in philosophy that reflects the mystery of creation itself: how form, energy, and meaning emerge from apparent emptiness. Influenced by Arthur Schopenhauer's reflections on perception and contemplation, the painting considers abstraction as a means of moving beyond representation. This painting explores that moment of becoming. What first appears chaotic gradually reveals an underlying order, inviting the eye to move continuously across the surface before settling into a composition that feels both instinctive and composed.

A palette of deep blues and violets establishes a sense of depth and atmosphere, interrupted by passages of vivid red, turquoise, pastel pink and luminous silver. The surface reveals subtle variations in texture and light, changing gently throughout the day as natural and artificial light interact with the painting.
